    Hi,

    Raspberry version: 3B+
    OS: Kali Re4son StickyFingers image:
    STICKY FINGER’S KALI-PI – Pre-installed
    29th September, 2018https://whitedome.com.au/re4son/download/sticky-fingers-kali-pi/

I’m having issues installing my Sticky-Fingers on my 3B+..

First, I’ve been reading, trying and hoping for 4-5 weeks now. I’m not calling out for help, just because I can 😉

First I bought the HyperPixel 4.0 display, and this I couldn’t get to work at all. Then, after reading inhere, that 3.5″ displays were easier to use, I bought one of these. The one I bought was Wellemann 3.5 VMP400

This I’ve been able to see something almost usefull, using on of the other drivers in the kalipi-tft-config tool.

OK, what I’m hoping to get some help with from you guys, is:

    1. How to resize partition after using the image installation method.

    2. Selecting the “correct” driver/config to my display 3.5 VMP400 Vellemann

    3. How to make it boot into the touchscreen

Hoping to hear from you 😉

    Hi Dan,

You can try the HyperPixel 4 again. I’ve released a new kernel and updated both the “kalipi-tft-config” tool and the Sticky Fingers menu.

    To get it running:
    1. Install the new kernel:
    https://re4son-kernel.com/re4son-pi-kernel/

    2. Run “kalipi-tft-config” and select “update”

    3. Run:

    cd /home/pi/Kali-Pi
    git pull
    vi menu

Select “7.0” as screen size and screen type “5”

That should get you running in no time.

    I’ll have a look at that Wellemann 3.5 VMP400.

    Hope that helps,
    Re4son
